These terms of sale govern all sales made through this website to consumers. Placing an order means accepting them in full.

2. Products
We sell household readiness equipment under our own brand: portable water filtration and emergency shelter, for use at home, in the car and in a go-bag. Specifications, capacity, dimensions and materials appear on each product page.
Performance figures such as filtration rating, litre capacity and reduction percentages are the manufacturer's specifications. Our filters are mechanical filters, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any illness. They are not designed for salt water or for heavy chemical contamination. Photographs are illustrative and packaging may vary.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is free, so no delivery costs are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for instance where an item is out of stock, where a price was displayed in obvious error, or where we cannot deliver to your address.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, by the means shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, timescales and costs are set out in our shipping policy. We deliver within a maximum of 30 days from the order unless a longer period is agreed. If we cannot deliver within that period you may cancel the order and be reimbursed in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty. This is your statutory right throughout the EU under Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in the Netherlands in Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code. We also offer a 60-day commercial guarantee on top of it. 8. Legal guarantees
Goods must be as described and fit for purpose. You have a statutory guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771, implemented in the Netherlands in Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code. Under it you may obtain repair, replacement or reimbursement at no cost to you.
Wherever you live in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence. These apply independently of any commercial guarantee we offer.
9. Liability
Our products are aids to preparedness. They do not remove the need for official emergency guidance, and you remain responsible for following the instructions supplied with each product and the advice of your local authorities during an emergency.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR. You may request access, rectification or erasure at info@salusbase.com.
11. Complaints and disputes
Write to info@salusbase.com. We acknowledge complaints within 14 days and aim to resolve them promptly.
If we cannot reach a solution, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers buying across borders within the EU may also obtain free assistance from their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Under Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of habitual residence.
